Through this, he has experience with tasks like pit optimization, phase design, life of mine scheduling, budget scheduling, production plans, reserve reporting, haulage calculation, among many others. Through his operational experience, he understands how to develop creative and practical solutions to mine planning problems. Through his experience as an engineering manager, he is well versed in environmental, geotechnical, and permitting concerns, and has worked extensively with multi-disciplinary teams to obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
