Following several periods working with SRK Exploration (SRK EX) as an Associate Exploration Geologist, James joined SRK EX fulltime in April 2013.
James began his career as an Exploration Geologist in West Africa where the majority of his work has been carried out to date. He has operated on a number of exploration projects from grassroots to advanced Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Study phases. Much of his career has involved project start up and the building of exploration teams to carry out work in remote, unexplored areas. This has enabled him to develop specific skills in the logistical requirements of executing exploration in challenging terrains.
At SRK EX, James’ responsibilities include target generation, exploration programme design, execution and management, data review, and project prospectivity reviews across a range of commodities and countries.
